Hi! My name is Aubrey and I am a senior studying at Grand Valley
State University in West Michigan. As an International Relations major
with minors in German and Middle Eastern studies, I am constantly
looking for ways to explore opportunities abroad and my blogs are
dedicated to the adventures that I have discovered over the years.
This particular blog is a result of my participation at the Qalam wa Lawh Center for Arabic Studies, which is located in the beautiful capital of Morocco, Rabat. Chosen to represent the U.S. this semester with a full scholarship to the Center, I am studying the formal style of Arabic (Fusha) for an entire month before heading off to my next adventure, Lebanon, so stay tuned for that!
